Here is one of our favorite appetizer recipes for you to make at home. Stay safe, we can’t wait to see you again soon on PIER 39.
3 oz King salmon, cooked, and cut into small pieces
1 large flour tortilla
1/2 cup Cheese, shredded
2 tbls Roasted red pepper
2 tbls Cilantro lime cream
2 oz Salsa
Place half of the cheese on one half of the tortilla.
Then, spread the salmon pieces over the cheese evenly.
Top with roasted red peppers and cilantro, and add the remaining cheese.
Fold the bare side of the tortilla over, and place it on a griddle for 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove from the griddle and cut into four slices.
Serve with cilantro lime cream and salsa.
